Did you ship it? Or did the buyer pick it up?
If the buyer picked it up did you get the QR code or six digit code?
If you shipped it did you get a signature on delivery ? A signature on delivery is required for sales that total $750 or more

I delivered it myself and have a signed receipt from the buyer. But eBay had my money on hold. How can I communicate to eBay that the buyer received the item and send them a copy of the signed shipper?

Did the buyer choose Local Pick Up or Shipping at checkout?
The answer to this affects how eBay handles the release of funds.

Mentor5 months ago@ashleyart1949 If they picked shipping then the BEST thing to do is to ship them a small package with a thank you note in it with signature required on delivery. Let the buyer now that eBay needs this for proof of delivery of the item that a signed receipt doesn't work to get your funds released.
You can ONLY do this though if you did NOT mark the item as Shipped from the drop down menu.
Funds are normally held for 31 days for ALL sellers when the sale is $1k or more but with no tracking AND being a new seller this really causes problems.

I delivered it myself on April 1st, received email from eBay that my payment was released on April 5th but still no money in my bank account. Can you please help me with this?
I have a signed shipper from the buyer.

-Despite any messages, you have only sold 1 item and it was for $ 6,000.00. eBay is going to hold those funds for up to 31 days and aside from what @comics-scifi-collectibles has provided and suggested there is nothing you can do but wait to get paid.

OP4 months agoEbay sent me an email five days ago that my money was released but it still hasn't arrived in my bank account.

Mentor4 months ago@ashleyart1949. You need an official signature on delivery through a postal carrier. This is why I suggested mailing a small box for the tracking confirmation.
A signed receipt is not proof of delivery. How does eBay know that it's real?
Your funds will be held 31 days even with the required proof of delivery.
Not having the required proof of delivery in addition to being a new seller AND a high priced sale complicates things more.
