getting paid

Question

Hi, I recently sold an item and was confused about printing a label from usps. instead I shipped via ups. The buyer has received item and even left feedback. The robot I'm trying to communicate with can't comprehend this. I provided eBay with the ups tracking number to no avail, Thanks

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- From More actions, select Add tracking number.

- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.

- Select Submit.

Did you request a USPS label so that tracking number is showing on the order? If so

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
