Getting Paid

Question

Hello. I am working on my year-end financial report and just realized that It has been a year since I sold an item and I still have not been paid for it. According to the Ebay website, the transaction was completed (early 2025)

There is no bank record that I can find that indicated that there was ever a payout. Can I get a suggestion as to the proper course of action?

Did you look in your payment account? You should be able to see the payment, if the buyer paid, and then see your balance rolling forward to today with any payouts subtracted and new sales added. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
