New sellers are subject to fund holds of up to 30 days
Have you linked and verified your checking account? It needs to be an account with a brick and mortar bank, not a virtual account.
Registering as a seller
All buyers payments are managed by eBay and sent to your linked checking account. eBay doesn't offer the debit card payout option at first.

Your registered name and address on your eBay account must match your checking account and government ID exactly. You can not use a PO box for your registration but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses. You will also need to provide your SS# or ITIN
I had to add my middle name to my eBay account.
John B Doe is not the same as John Brian Doe.
You can confirm or update your eBay account information here:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.

Payouts from your sales will go to the checking account you have on file.
