Getting paid
Hello, How do I can paid for an item that was originally lost in the mail? I sent the same item again when the first one didn't arrive to the buyer. The second item did arrive (different tracking number) but Ebay still shows the original tracking number undelivered. Thus I haven't been paid for the item. Since I can't speak to an Ebay representative, How can I resolve this issue?
