getting paid?
Ebay is holding funds on an item I shipped with others to same buyer. Does anyone know how to resolve this. Cannot speak to a live person, only try to communicate with a stupid robot. Oh, they took out their seller fees, no worries there.

Mentor2 years agoYou have not received any feedback in the past 12 months, so ebay considers you a new seller. New sellers will have payments held until tracking shows DELIVERED.
Have you entered the information required to have Managed Payments send the payment to your checking account?

Make sure the name on your ebay account matches exactly to the name on your checking account.
Make sure your registered address is a physical location, and not a P.O. box. You can change it later.
