Getting paid
Ok, weird turn of events. Shipped an item and was clearly lost by USPS. After about 20 days the buyer requested a refund. I sent out the refund and corse the next day, the item arrived. How do I get payment if I’m not getting a response from buyer? Thanks

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately, there is no way to force the buyer to repay the refund. All you can do is to try to contact them again.
Try asking if they would like to return the item - you will send a return label - or keep the item. If keep, how would they like to repay the refund you sent. Humor can help, but you want them to understand that you sent the refund, not eBay.
