Getting no response for policy violation on an item i listed that is now hidden

I am frustrated! This is my very first sale on Ebay and i cant get any answers. I posted then received a policy violation with a note that said check my email?? No email was sent and I checked every folder spam etc. Also there is no message explaining the violation and everytime i click on a link that is associated with the item there is no information regarding it. I tried re writing the ad figuring it might have been because I used pictures from the internet instead of taking my own pictures but they wont let me re post alter or change it! Please I am old and feeble minded, I could really use some help with this. Thankyou.

Never use text or photos that are copied from an outside source as they have hidden HTML code that will cause eBay to think that you have offsite contact information.
What is the item you are trying to list?

If run the copied text through notepad it will strip the HTML code.

Mentor3 weeks ago@dshelburg1965 Try going to a sold listing for the same item and select sell one like this. Let me know if that works or not.
