Getting neutral feedback removed
I sold a fairy lamp to someone and right after the sale she instructed me on how to double box it and use peanuts because her delivery people were hard on packages. I asked her if they were anymore had on her packages than anyone else’s? She didnt respond. I sent the package. She gets it and purchases another lamp from me so I figured i met her requirements. I package and send the second lamp. The next day she opens a remorse return saying the blue doesn’t go well with the rest of her Fenton and that she ordered it by mistake. I am TRP so I her that as soon as I get the same lamp back and in the same condition, I will issue a refund. She then closes the return and sends me a message stating after my message she went over it with a fine tooth comb and found a chip. Proceeds to leave me neutral feedback stating she found a chip. This is simply not true. There was no chip on what I sent her. I called and reported. To eBay and was told the feedback would be removed. I have my doubts, but will wait and see. As we speak the second fairy lamp is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday and I’m thinking about trying to get it routed back to me to avoid more drama with this buyer. My fear is that eBay wont remove the neutral and im then opening myself up for whatever this buyer might do on a second feedback or to the fairy lamp as she just learned to return for INAD instead of remorse would have served her better. Any advice would be appreciated.
