Getting my money back on a unprinted label

My label did not print space when I tried to look it up on eBay. I could not find how to do anything so I printed another label. The second label was delivered but the first label that was never shipped. I can't get my money back. Any easy ideas?

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

You have 28 days from the date you printed the label to cancel it (unless it was an ESE label, which cannot be cancelled but is not charged if it is not used). The refund takes up to 21 days for USPS labels.
