getting my funds
I sold 3 baseball cards to a someone about 2 weeks ago, the cards were shipped safely and got there on time. The guy messaged me and said that he got the cards about a week ago. eBay says that the cards have only been shipped and aren't out for delivery yet, and it says my funds are on hold because eBay thinks that the object hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone know if or when I will get my funds because eBay can't hold them forever.

New Sellers have their funds held for up to 31 days, read about that here: Transaction holds | eBay
Shipping collector cards via ESE (eBay Standard Envelope) is Metered mail, it is not door to door shipping so tracking may not show those items being delivered. Carrier scanners do not work on that code, only highspeed mail sorting machines so the last scan is at least one stop upstream of the post office that covers the Buyer's zip code area.
