getting money transferred from eBay to my account
Shipped a thin item (postcards) via 1st class so no tracking number available to input on eBay (I know, beginner error).
Item safely arrived and customer has input positive feedback.
It still shows on eBay as unshipped, therefore I assume no money has been transferred to my bank account.
eBay Chat was no help.
eBay phone call was supposed to be with a human but ended up with an automated system that was no help. Tried twice - still automated system that refers me to eBay help online which is where I was not able to get answers.
How do I get the money transferred to my bank account?
