Getting money for a item delivered after refund was issued
Item was delivered to Godwire2 late from the post office after I refunded the money.
Now no return of my messages to please pay me for my item.
Not getting much help from customer service because it has been over 90 days. Please help

Mentor1 year agoIn the future never refund unless buyer opens a claim.
If package appears lost, file a claim with the carrier right away. At 21 days the claim will be paid whether later delivered or not.
If an expensive item, pay to have it intercepted and returned to you, if you are going to refund.
Best you can do now, as already posted, is to ask buyer to repay, or if they will return the item if you send them a prepaid return label.

eBay won't assist you in recovering your money on these cases. You can reach out to the buyer and if the buyer is willing they can repay you by PayPal, Venmo, etc. It's ok in these cases to use a non-eBay payment method.
I know it's painful to lose the item and the payment.
Did you originally file for insurance on the lost package?
