getting money EBay owes me
I sold an item on 07/11/2024 I printed the label shipping, i did not print the USPS label, it was twice the amount that I sold my item for. I went to my local USPS office and paid for the shipping myself. Ebay debited my checking account for $152.85 plus keep the payment do me i am owed $131.44 which Ebay owes me a total of $284.29. how can i get my money from EBay? Help

You can void a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

The buyer's payment will be paid out through Managed Payments. The label refund will come from USPS.
If you paid less for shipping at the post office, then you made errors in your shipping parameters. You receive a discount from the retail PO price for labels you buy from eBay. It will be worthwhile to figure out where you went wrong there (package size, weight, and/or class of service selected).
