    Getting message seller doesn’t ship to my state
                     

    Seller sent me an offer and I accepted but getting message from eBay stating seller doesn’t ship to my state. Seller said she does and contacted eBay and eBay said I need to fix it. How? My address is correct?

    If both you and the Seller are in the U.S. and this message appears, it's usually because the Seller has the incorrect shipping information in the listing. For example the weight and dimensions don't match the service offered in the listing. 

    The only states that eBay allows Sellers to not ship to are Alaska and Hawaii. Other than that, individual states cannot be excluded.
