Getting legitimate emails from Ebay for products I did not buy. The Credit Card is not mine.

I have been getting several emails for a couple of products I did not buy. The email account is a legitimate ebay email account they are being sent from and I have contacted the vendors in both cases and they did get orders for these products. The orders are NOT showing up in my list of orders and the last 4 digits of the card they are charged to are not mine. It seems like my email is somehow getting linked to these orders.

To request a call back from eBay, click on this link > Request a call back

Read the steps below, if you "Require" a chat option to communicate with an Agent. Then, use the Contact eBay link below to start a chat session. You'll have to answer some questions with the eBay Automated Assistant before the assistant notifies an Agent. You'll see a wait time estimate:

Use the Contact eBay link below and scroll down to > "Need more help?"
Click on one of the closest options (Selling or Buying) on the page.
Click on the appropriate topic related to your question(s).
Look for the "Chat with our automated assistant" link.
After a couple of questions you should type "Agent" into the text box if the assistant can not help.

You'll need to provide your user ID, your name, your address, and the registered email address attached to your account. Also, be sure to give them plenty of details.

The eBay Agents usually respond in a day or two and may research the situation better than the "Request a call back" agent or a "chat session" agent.
