I need to talk to somebody in eBay, someone wants to buy a sterling silver setting of 12 and I donâ€™t know how to put the correct postage on it to sell and is it insured? Do you have a phone number I need to talk to someone in eBay or Iâ€™m going to miss a big sell

Put the insurance cost and the cost of signature confirmation in the handling charge field.

Make your shipping the actual shipping - enter the correct weight and dimensions for the package as it will ship (with all packing materials) and eBay will calculate the shipping portion.

To display the handling charge field, click show all options in the shipping cost section of the listing form. Slide the handling charge radio button to on - then the handling charge field will appear on the listing page.
