getting hold of an ebay representative
Why is it that it is not possible to get hold of eBay's customer service? This is frustrating, ai has a black/white set of options & responses, some questions and or complaints about the system cannot be adequately handled by 1's & 0's. It is absolutely ridiculous that they hide so effectively behind the machine. It's not like it is a free site, we generate billions for them.
