Getting hold of an actual person at EBAY
Does anyone have a way to get hold of an actual person at Ebay?
I have purchased numerous items via ebay but all of a sudden something was changed in my account and they are being shipped to an address I have not lived in for 20 years. More disturbing is that I called the person I sold the house to and they have not received the items even though I am getting notices from UPS.
Seems like some sort of a fraud situation but I cant get hold of anyone at Ebay and the automated messaging they have is a joksĀ
