Getting help from ebay with a seller.

Question

I bought a rearview mirror and it arrived broken to pieces. I put in for a refund and was ready to send it back to seller. The seller sent me a massage to cancel the refund and he would replace the mirror. I do not want him to replace the mirror because they do not know how to ship an item. They sent the mirror in a soft box in a envelope in the US mail. So I know I will just go through this again. I just want my money back. How do I get Help from ebay???

@ceckau-70 Do NOT cancel the refund request. You need to ask eBay to step in and help.

Open a return with the reason doesn't match pictures or description. Or arrived damaged.
