Getting help from eBay when issue is not listed.
Hi wondering if you can help. It impossible to get hold of eBay. My issue is not listed. When signing into my account keep getting a US page I want eBay uk 🇬🇧. If anyone knows how to resolve this I would be grateful for your help/instruction how to reslove. Getting know where with eBay. Thank you

Whenever you see US dollars … instead of GBP … it means you’ve wandered across the virtual pond to the eBay US site. [It’s a long term glitch.]
Just sign into the eBay UK site: www.ebay.co.uk

Mentor2 years agoBefore signing in, make sure you are on ebay.co.uk and not ebay.com.
Make sure you are not following any ebay.com links or using any ebay.com bookmarks.
If you use your browser's autocomplete, clear your browser history to prevent it from suggesting ebay.com sites when you enter page addresses into the address bar.
If you delete your ebay.com cookies, when you are sent to ebay.com you will have to sign in again -- giving you the opportunity to notice you are on the wrong site.
