Getting harassed by sellers
Why doesn't eBay deal with shady sellers. it looks like the store doesn't even exist anymore but I'm still getting messages via eBay from the seller asking me to respond basically begging for a good review. They were super shady, tried to make me pay for the return when the product was damaged out of the box.... Like it was damaged before it went in the box!!! At this point I've had better luck with Craigslist

OP10 months agoI think we're way past that. It looks like the store was taken down shortly after I returned the product and I'm still getting messages begging for a review. I reported them last week and I'm still getting messages. It's been weeks since the return and I have no option to ask eBay to step in. I mean seriously I've only had stuff like this happen on Craigslist I thought eBay I was better than that!?!?

If you have waited too long to get help from eBay and the case is closed now, you may still have recourse through your payment method.

OP10 months agoThat was the first thing I did. Seller is still messaging me on a regular basis! This all started October 1st.
Is there a way to block sellers? Seriously I never want to buy anything from this seller again and I want to block other questionable sellers as well?

Mentor10 months agoAdding the seller to your "Blocked Buyer List" might block messages -- that has worked in the past.
