Getting funds released for sold item
Hi all,
It's been a while since I've sold on eBay, recently restarted.
I sold an item, it was paid, I shipped without printing the eBay shipping label, buyer received item.
Ebay is holding the funds pending QR code scan.
How do I get eBay to release the funds? There seems to be no way to contact eBay anymore.

How did you ship the item? You need to enter the TRACKING number into the order for the transaction. ebay will release the payout when tracking shows DELIVERED.
You mentioned a QR-code. Was this a Local Pickup? If so, the buyer should have shown you the QR-code on his/her phone, or given you the 6-digit code to enter into your computer for the transaction, since there is no tracking number for a Local Pickup item. You can contact the buyer and ask him/her for the 6-digit code, and once you get it, enter it into the transaction. If the buyer does not respond, you can go to the transaction, click the down-arrow, and select Mark as shipped, even though you did not ship the item.
