Getting funds released after buyer picks up item
Buyer purchased item that was local pickup. Buyer picked up the item. How do we get funds released and change “arrange pickup†to “delivered� Buyer did not have any numbers at time of pickup.

Mentor2 years agoThe code is in the buyer's payment confirmation email, if the item was sold with local pickup. Ask him to check that message and send you the 6 digit code so you can enter it through the app. If sold with shipping, there is no code.
Without the code, you can select 'mark as shipped', but there is no way to mark it delivered. You will have to wait probably 21 days for the payment to be released.
