Getting EBay to investigate a seller
Had a very shady experience with a purchase, feel like the seller running a scam - not delivering stuff she is selling and quick to try and cover tracks once I contacted ebay to make them aware as well as get my money refunded.

When you use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to get your refund, it reports the seller to Ebay and Ebay will issue defects on their seller account.
If this is the seller you left negative feedback for, you made your purchase on Feb. 9th, only 10 days ago. What was the estimated date of delivery according to the details in your Purchase History? Have you given it enough time to arrive?

OP2 years agoThe item was not mailed within three business days, the seller said they were out of town when I reached out 7 days after purchase date, seller didn’t say when the would be back in town to mail it, seller suddenly has a non-working tracking number when I ask eBay to step in. When I tell seller tracking number doesn’t work, seller now offers me a refund. Seller seems shady. Also seller communication is short and lacking any details.
