Getting eBay to dispute a UPS Ground charge that is clearly wrong
I shipped one golf club (1-2 lbs.) recently, delivered to the buyer weeks ago. Shipping was via UPS Ground. Now eBay has charged my bank account $55.00 more for the shipping, without explanation. UPS says I have to go through eBay; eBay says I have to go through UPS. I've spoken with both multiple times and can't get anywhere. My suspicion is that the weight was entered mistakenly, but I can't make any headway. Help!
