getting ebay label for shipping two orders to the same buyer - no combine option available
I’m the seller, and I didn’t offer combined shipping when I created the listing. A buyer ended up purchasing two items from me, and I’d prefer to ship them together in one package.
I’m trying to combine the two shipments and purchase a single eBay shipping label. Both orders are going to the same address, but they are separate orders. I’m currently on the “Get labels in bulk†screen, but the “Combine†button is grayed out and unavailable.
Is there another way to purchase one eBay label for both orders?

No. If the combine is grayed out, then you cannot combine them for shipment.
If the buyer was buying as a guest, each purchase has a different user ID - you cannot combine items for different IDs. If it is an international shipment, there are rules for what can be combined and what cannot be combined.
