Getting charged shipping costs when the buyer bought it
I recently sold a few items and marked it as paid shipping, so all of my buyers paid for it. When I review what they payed for, it shows that they paid for the shipping and it's cost. However, even though tha sum of money was meant to be given to me so then I can use it to buy a label, it used my own funds and now I am in the negatives. It is not a selling fee, when I check my transactions it claims I paid for shipping. It took the total shipping costs off of my total balance since all of my earnings including charity and fees were $30, but I'm only getting $17.

Mentor5 months agoBuyer pays item price + shipping + sales tax. You get item price + shipping less final value fees. You can then use the shipping money to buy your shipping label wherever you wish. If you use ebay shipping, you can select to pay for the label from your pending payout or from your Paypal account. You select the option before confirming and paying.
