getting charged for 2 labels
I've been getting charged for 2 labels and no it is not something I'm doing wrong. Anyone else having this issue.

No, I have not seen this error. However, when I receive packages using those levels of service, I see two separate tracking numbers printed on the label, and thought that might be the reason for what the OP is seeing.

OP4 months agoYes, but the bar code goes to both numbers when scanned

Mentor4 months ago@goosegrub That's really odd. If the second label also shows as scanned then the post office won't refund you for it.
Since this affects your bottom line use this method to Contact Customer service and get past the bots>
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
