Getting back money from a refunded sale
Hi,
I gave a buyer a full refund for a lost item. The item ended up arriving and the buyer wants to pay me for the item. How do I get the payment from them once a refund has already been completed? The refund was issued 3 days ago and item showed up 2 days later. Ebay does not have an option to send an invoice or request payment. It shows the auction as completed, refunded.
