Getting an Authenticity Guaranteed item returned to me
I sold a gold bracelet in excellent condition, it passed eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee. I took many pictures. My buyer kept it for 10 days, broke it and is sending it back to eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee Center. What will happen? Do I have to accept a broken bracelet back? eBay knows it wasn’t broken or repaired because they inspected it.

Mentor2 years ago@hlehman1987 eBay should inspect the bracelet again to make sure it's returned in the same condition you shipped it out in before approving the return.
