Getting ahold of a family heirloom
I need to find a way to buy something I did not win. I contacted the original seller to see if they could connect with the buyer, but no response. Is there any way EBay can get a message to the buyer to let them know? This item is a family heirloom that needs to come back to our family.

No, I'm sorry, there is no way for you to contact the buyer. eBay will not give you their contact information or ask them to contact you.
