Getting account restrictions lifted
Setup new account, but it has been suspended before I can list anything.
How can I talk to Ebay to get the suspension lifted if I don't live in US or Canada as these are the only options available to get a call, I am in the UK.
How do I get the account reset if I can't get in touch with anyone. verry frustrating
any help appreciated

First, you need to return to eBay UK and stay there.

Can you do that with your restricted account? That is the best.
Check also your Inbox. Maybe there is a message from eBay with instructions.

Click on "Contact us"
Add ‘restriction' in the chat box that popped up.
Add 'agent'.

You were right, every time I clicked on the help link in the email it took me to the .com part
had to click on the help tab on the .co.uk page
everything sorted and account unlocked
