Getting a shipping label to buyer in order to return to seller
Hello,
I mailed the wrong item to buyer. I have given a refund and the buyer wants to return the wrong item to me. How do I send a return shipping label to her? It is my responsibility to pay for return shipping.

If you already refunded the buyer, that ended the transaction so you cannot provide a return shipping label through Ebay.
You can create a label on a site such as Pirate Ship and send it to the buyer.
