Getting a seller to respond/ship item purchased
I purchased an item from a seller, bountyhunterz, in mid-November last year. After a month passed with no item, tracking info, or other updates, I contacted the seller through eBay messaging asking for an update. It was close to the holidays by then, so I expected there may be a delay.
I have since contacted them again, still with no response, and the item status still shows "awaiting shipment". Unfortunately it's been beyond the 90 day window for eBay to assist remotely (I have not yet tried another reconciliation method). Because of that, and becaus the transaction never fully completed, I also have been unable to leave feedback.
What are my options here? I'd rather get the item I paid for, but will settle for my money returned. I don't even care about leaving negative feedback at this point, would just like this resolved.

Mentor1 year agoHi @wayseeker
Buyers have only 30 days past the ‘estimated delivery date’ to file an ‘item not received’ claim with eBay … and only 60 days to leave feedback.
You should try contacting your payment source … hopefully a credit card … for a refund.

Mentor1 year agoFeedback can only be left for 60 days from purchase so you will not be able to leave any feedback. You will need to go to your payment source to ask about a charge back. Each payment source has different time frames for doing this so ask them now.
