Getting a second shipping label for an item that takes 2 boxes to return
An item I ordered arrived in 2 boxes, I need to return it for a refund but was only provided one shipping label during the return process. How do I get a second return label for the other box?

Mentor2 years agoI don't think eBay has a way to send a second label - if the seller is paying the return, you might have to ask him for another label. You can check with customer service -

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
If you are paying the return shipping, you can open a free account at pirateship.com and buy the label. It is less than at the PO, and you don't have to go to the PO.
