Getting a rey
A seller said he would return my payment on a certain day but he didn't he said not to return the any of the order because 2 out of 4 were broken to pieces due to not being packaged very well I opened a case because of the refund request and it's asking me to ship back to seller but seller said not to. So what do I do from here if he doesn't return my money

If you have opened a case, you need to return by the deadline in the case, unless the seller refunds you sooner.
The seller can refund you through the case, and that will close it without you needing to return. That part is in the seller's hands now.
