Getting a Reimbursement for Shipping
It's very difficult to get ahold of eBay to get assistance with an issue, so I thought I'd reach out here. So I recently sold an item on here, and went ahead and bought the shipping and got a label printed out. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the item, so I had to cancel the item, and the customer got a refund. I'm still out of a few bucks though. The money that I spent on shipping hasn't been refunded. How do I get a refund on the money I spent on shipping?

The refund will take time and is not immediate.
