Getting a refund on a presale that hasn't arrived
Hello. I placed an order with a seller on 12/5/2025. It was a pre-order for Pokemon's Ascended Heroes booster bundle x3. I've reached out to seller, seller has been responsive, and we're trying to get to the bottom of this. Seller states that Pokémon center hasn't delivered the items, he's reached out to the company. Hasn't gotten a response. At this point, it's already passed the window for Ebays money back. I've tried to reach out to ebay, but the AI chat is useless, giving me run around. I'm trying to reach out to a live agent, and Ai chat keeps giving me the same answer. With no results. Can someone help? Thank you.

OP2 months agoThank you for your help. So I would have to go through the bank card that I used. Ebay can't help because it's already passed the time, correct?
