getting a refund from seller on closed credit card
I am getting a refund on a defective phone but I recently my closed bank account my card that was on file with my eBay account... I have updated my new card on my eBay account how do I get the refund to go to the new card?

Mentor3 years agoYou can’t get the refund to a new card. If the old card issuer rejects the refund back to eBay, they can put it in your PayPal account or send you a check. You need to contact customer service for that to happen.
Call the issuer of the old card and ask them how they handle late refunds - if they reject it, wait about 10 days after the seller issues it, then contact eBay customer service.
