getting a refund from a suppected fake from china

I purchased 10 Silver Eagles from an account that had a US address and name & reasonal feedback. I paid, It has not shipped. I later discovered it is an account from China which is known for fakes. I am trying to cancel since it has not shipped but its outside the 1 hour window. What can i do?

Hi @janhog123_5 Send the seller a message through eBay asking to cancel your order. At this point the seller has to cancel for you.

If the seller doesn't cancel and there's a problem with the item, or if you don't receive the item, you can get a full refund through eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Submit the request after the estimated delivery date has passed:
