Getting a refund for counterfeit bike
Bought a Pinarello dogma, and when my mechanic inspected it in the United States found that the bike is counterfeit. No serial numbers anywhere on any of the parts. Purchased a bike from Croatia. What would be the steps. The seller I believe did not know it was counterfeit since it was given to her.

I took a look at other listings and could not find pictures that show serial numbers.
I recommend to do some searching before you start the counterfeit process.

OP2 years agoI’ve had very high-end bikes from five to $10,000 each. All these bikes come with serial numbers that are on the frame and higher end components. My mechanic searched and could not find any.
thanks for the info
