Getting a refund for a shipping lable.

Question

I purchased and printed a shipping label and then noticed the weight was wrong, way off. So I went back to the ebay label web page and I edited the existing shipping label and printed the correct one. It appears now that I have purchased 2 labels. How do I get a refund for the first one that had the error?

Regarding the issue above with the shipping labels. It is a "USPS Advantage" label that I am attempting to have voided by ebay so I can get my money back. I followed your instructions and now it does say "Cancellation Requested" next to the tracking number. Before the requst I did print it out but never used it (it never left my home). But when I click on the tracking number it shows the 3 tracking points all checked, "shipped to buyer, out for delivery, delivered". I double checked and both labels (the one that was actually used and the one that wasn't) both have all three checks, even though the one never left my house.

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
