Getting a refund for a shipping label I didnâ€™t use

I purchased a label from eBay and had trouble with my printer, so I couldnâ€™t print it out. The customer was in a hurry to receive the item so I went to the post office and purchased a label through them. Now I need to correct the tracking number on the order and get a refund for the label since it will not be used.

Void the shipping label you did not print.

Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.
