Getting a refund after returning item
I was approved for a return and unable to do it in a timely manner. The seller opened a case. I mailed the item back to seller on the last day the case was open. My poffice closes at 4pm and the case was closed at 4:10 pm the same day. The item was confirmed received by seller. The seller never issued my refund. I contacted seller offering my apologies and offered to pay a restocking fee. I haven’t heard back nor received any refund to the tune of $140… I reached out to seller for the second time offering apologies and pleaded for my refund and again am ignored. EBay washed their hands of the situation after closing the case regardless of the item already in return mail at the time of case closure
