getting a refund
How do you possibly get a full refund from ebay? I sm having trouble with a dealer from Germany. When I asked for a refund from him, I got $173.15 less than the total refund ( out of $2513.51) When I asked about it, he said he had no control over what Ebay sent as refund. He told them to refund, and that they are the ones who determine the amount refunded. WHAT? Doesn't make sense to me. I try to follow links on ebay to contact then, but I get pushed around in circles. Cannot find a phone number, or even a chat room. With the way they seem to prevent you from reaching them, I am beginning to believe that they are evil , in a corporate sense..
