Getting a refund

Question

I bought tqo seperate sets of of "Silver Proof coins. When I received them all the silver had been removed from all the packages. I've tried to file a complaint with the seller, and contact Ebay multiple times and I have not received a response. Any suggestions?

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

@jdbarbertwo I wanted to clarify that I believe the silver proof coins fall under the 3 days to return limit.

Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts only

Covered:

If the seller doesn't offer returns, the buyer must request a return no later than 3 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery date
If the seller offers returns, the buyer must request a return within the seller's stated return window

If it is more than 3 days since delivery then you will need to file a chargeback with your payment method.
