Getting a Refund
I bought a AED defibillator for over 400 bucks the seller never mentioned that the prompts are in a foreign language on the page ,When reaching out to the seller he said it can probally be changed After calling phillips that manfactures this item they said the language cannot be changed the Seller is refusing to let me return but the item is uselles if not in english

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments write foreign language version not disclosed in listing.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
