getting a payout, issue with shipping label

Question

For some reason there was 2 labels created for an item I sold. The buyer received the item and it is reported as received on that tracking number. The payout is on hold because the other tracking number is open still. Because ebay has no live help I cannot get any help. What can I do?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Hopefully that releases your funds. They will get released about 30 days anyhow, but you should get a refund from your label.
