Geting in touch with eBay
I am so angry. Whenever I need to contact someone at eBay, I get this automated crap, and I am so tired of it.Sellers pay all this money in fees and can't ever get in touch with them to ask a simple question. Does anyone know if there is a phone number that I can call?

Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

I just realized something. Is this link for sellers or for buyers? I need the link for sellers and the link for buyers. Can you send me both, or is it one link for both? I'm pretty sure they are different. I never know how to tell a buyer how to get in touch with eBay. It is not always for the questions they ask on the website. Sometimes it's just a question. Does that make sense?

HOWEVER if it's Managed Payments related for a seller then it's best to use this contact method to reach the right department>
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll ALL the way down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
